If I had seen this before I booked my family holiday I would have saved £283. Take a look at this scheme ASAP. I use it, I save money, it’s free, and I can’t see any catch. Therefore Promise is now making this scheme available to Promise’s introducers as a benefit, a thank you, call it what you will. Whether you introduce secured loans to us or not, you can still get these discounts
Here is how it works:
You buy a reusable gift card online for your favourite stores. No joining fees – no ongoing fees – it’s free
You load cash onto the gift card using your debit or credit card – once set up it’s easy. here’s no additional card charges and you will still get your points etc on your credit card.
Your discounts are instant – for every £100 you put on the card you will generally only pay £94 but this can be as low as £90, so you save £6 – £10 on every £100 you spend in-store, depending on the store.
You still benefit from all additional in store offers and still earn your Nectar, Tesco Clubcard, Boots Advantage points etc as normal.
When your balance on the card gets low you just ‘top it up’ again online.
Save 8p per litre on petrol NB. Tesco are joining the program soon (Dec/Jan) so you’ll be able to get a 6% discount off of ALL purchases at their stores too. With Tesco this includes fuel at both Tesco Extra and Tesco Express petrol stations – a saving of around 8p per litre on every litre, and if they are running one of their own fuel promotions (e.g. ‘spend £50 in-store and get 5p off a litre’) you get that too. Here is my personal experience
My family shopping is done at Sainsbury’s so I registered for a Sainsbury’s card I automatically get a minimum 6% on my Sainsbury’s in store purchases Recently I was notified of a 10% Super discount offer so I loaded £400 on to my card which cost me £360 I spent (actually my wife did) the £400 on shopping, booze, two for one offers and saved an additional £40
This is only available to closed user groups (normally for staff discounts etc). I have gained agreement that I can make this available to Promise’s registered introducers and have created the Promise Broker Discount Scheme
There is no cost to join and no cost to be a member
Family and friends can join
There are over 30 National retailers and restaurants in the program – I wish I had seen this before I booked my holiday as I could have saved an additional 5% with Thomsons

THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME
REPAYING YOUR DEBTS OVER A LONGER PERIOD CAN REDUCE YOUR PAYMENTS BUT COULD INCREASE THE TOTAL INTEREST YOU PAY. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBT SECURED ON IT.
